The guides On type "C" are made of hardened and ground steel rods. The balls run in continuous ways integrated in the base body. This allows the slide to be stopped at any position in either direction without jamming. These ball slides are equipped with integrated sensor grooves for electrical/electronic limit switches. The cylinders can be supplied with end position cushioning with external and adjustable limit stops or small hydraulic shock-absorbers (see accessories).

The “boxer” design is suitable for asymmetric clamping and pressing. The air pressure is supplied equally to both of the cylinders by a centered distribution block but each of the slides are free to advance until they meet resistance.

2111 Gripper

Angular-Gripper

Cylinder bore diameter 16 mm
This angular gripper has a high gripping force. It is double-acting and can be used as inside or outside gripper. It is used to grip and hold parts. The holding force should be 10 to 20 times the part weight. The gripper jaws which activated by a piston rod are moved simultaneously and centered, so that the gripping moment is kept constant over the whole opening and closing angle. The two air connections (M5) are located on the end opposite the grippers. Monitoring by way of proximity switches is also possible.
